How long does it take to process & ship?
We start processing orders every 24 hours.
Our decks are made to order. So when we get an order, we print it up, box it, and then ship. The printing & packaging process takes 2-3 business days. It can take longer if we have a large queue of orders or during a rush like the holiday season. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days depending on where you're located. Once shipped you will be provided with tracking info.
My order has been shipped, why don't I see tracking info?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
My order is lost in the mail, what do I do?
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping please contact USPS.
My tracking says it was delivered but I did not get it. What do I do?
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages or missed deliveries. If USPS states your item was delivered but you haven’t received it, normally it’s one of a couple things.
The item was delivered to the wrong address. Check to make sure you provided the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provided the wrong address at checkout, you will have to reorder and give the correct address.
Another common thing that happens is that USPS scans the item as delivered but it was leaves it on the truck. The mailman usually drops it off the next time they come.
If your shipping address is correct check to see if there is a neighbor that the package may have been delivered to by accident. Check your front office (if you live in an apartment). Check to see if someone else in your residence brought the package in when you were away. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local post office to get more information about the delivery of your package and to open a case.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.
I bought something from you and now I’m confused/disappointed/irate.
Contact us here and let us know what happened. We are cool people so don't be too pissed. It's more than likely an accident or out of our control. So please don't yell or write in caps. We will work our hardest to resolve the situation.
What if I received the wrong order?
If you received the incorrect item, please let our customer service team know by contacting us. Please add your Name and Order # in an email and a member of our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.

My product came damaged, what do I do?
Our products are packaged to prevent damage. But in the rare case a package is delivered damage, contact us immediately for a replacement. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a photo also. We will send you a return shipping label and send you out a new package as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my physical order?
ALL physical sales are final.

What if my order was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
I put the wrong CVC security code during checkout and it says I need to do enter my info again but I see a pending charge in my account. Did my order go through? Was I charged?
No your order didn't go through. And no, you were not charged.
The pending charge is because you attempted to make a purchase but the security number entered was incorrect. You are seeing an authorization on your card that will disappear within a few business days.
Who is the game for? Can kids play it?
The game was made specifically for adults. So with that said, we wouldn't recommend playing it with children unless you filter out cards you think may be too mature for them.

We like to take time with the decks & make sure they are something people will enjoy before we release them. So there is no set schedule. We let friends, family, and customers alpha test them.

Can I get blank cards to make my own deck?
We are creating a blank deck. You can just contribute a card idea here for free. If we use one of your card ideas, we will hook you up with a discount.
