The Game

How do I play One Gotta Go?

Each card has four options. Your group decides which one gotta go (or which one can stay), then everybody defends their take. The official rules call for 3 or more players: one Moderator plus at least two people arguing. Plenty of people just flip cards and talk it out, and that works too. Who is the game for? Can kids play?

Our decks were made for adults. If you play with kids, filter out any cards you think are too mature for them.

How many cards are in each deck?

• The First Deck: 54 cards (49 play cards + 5 blank make-your-own cards)
• The Culture Deck: 54 cards (49 play cards + 5 blank make-your-own cards)
• The Combo Box: 108 cards, The First Deck and The Culture Deck in one box (98 play cards + 10 blank cards)
• Stay Home Deck: Digital Edition: 100 digital question cards

How does the digital deck work?

It's delivered instantly by email (check your spam folder). You get image files and a presentation, plus instructions for playing virtually over group chats or video calls.

Where do you ship?

Right now we ship to the United States only. Orders of $30 or more ship free.

How long until my order arrives?

Every deck is made to order. Printing and packaging takes 2 to 3 business days (longer during big rushes like the holidays), and shipping normally takes 2 to 3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

We ship with USPS and send tracking info once your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to show up.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. What now?

Check that your address is correct, ask neighbors or your front office, and give it a day, since USPS sometimes scans packages as delivered before they leave the truck. Still missing? Open a case with your local post office and email us at contact@onegottago.com. We will work our hardest to help.

I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will do our best to update it. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.

Orders & Returns

My deck arrived damaged or I got the wrong item.

Email contact@onegottago.com with your name and order number, plus a photo if it arrived damaged. We will send a return label and get the right deck out to you at no extra cost.

Can I return my order?

Unused physical decks in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Digital sales are final. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I sell One Gotta Go in my store, or place a bulk order?
