They are great for a happy hour with coworkers, a dinner with friends or a long drive. Each card puts four options side by side, and the fun is hearing why someone would give up a raise for a 3-day weekend, or the other way around.

The cards keep things light. Nobody has to share their salary or their boss's name to play, and there are no wrong answers, just very different priorities.
