Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Free shipping

Orders of $30 or more ship free to US addresses.

Made to order

Every physical deck is made to order. When your order comes in, we print it, box it, and ship it. We start processing new orders every 24 hours.

  • Printing and packaging: 2 to 3 business days. It can take longer when we have a big queue of orders or during rush times like the holiday season.
  • Shipping: normally 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you live.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with USPS. Once your order ships, you will get tracking info. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to show up in the system, so give it a little time.

Digital deck

The Stay Home Deck: Digital Edition is delivered to you instantly by email. Nothing ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Wrong address

Double check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address and your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will do our best to update it.

Returned to sender

If a package comes back to us for any reason (for example, an incorrect or undeliverable address), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.

Tracking says delivered, but no package?

Most of the time it turns up. Here's what to check:

  1. Make sure the shipping address on your order is correct.
  2. Sometimes USPS scans a package as delivered while it is still on the truck. It usually arrives on the next delivery.
  3. Ask your neighbors, check your front office if you live in an apartment, and ask anyone in your home if they brought it in.
  4. Still missing? Contact your local post office to open a case, and email us at contact@onegottago.com with your name and order number. We will work our hardest to help sort it out.

Damaged or wrong item

If your package arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, see our Refund Policy or email contact@onegottago.com with your name and order number, plus a photo if it arrived damaged.
