If you grew up in the 90s, your lunchbox probably held at least one of these. Pizza Lunchables, Squeeze-It drinks, 3D Doritos and Dunkaroos were the snacks you traded for at the cafeteria table and begged for in the grocery store aisle.

This One Gotta Go card asks you to erase one of them from your childhood for good. Pick the one you could live without, then ask your friends. Expect strong opinions, because nostalgia makes people loyal.

Pizza Lunchables vs Squeeze-It Drinks vs 3D Doritos vs Dunkaroos

A. Pizza Lunchables

You built a tiny pizza out of a cracker, a spoonful of sauce and some cheese, and it felt like a big deal. Looking back, it was cold pizza you assembled yourself. If your memories are more about the fun than the flavor, this might be the easy cut.

Keep it if: Building your own little pizza at the lunch table is one of your favorite school memories and you still think it tasted great.

B. Squeeze-It Drinks

Those little plastic bottles with cartoon faces were more about the squeeze than the drink. The flavors were mostly sugar, and half the time the juice ended up on your shirt. Cutting it means losing a lunchbox icon, but not much of a beverage.

Keep it if: You remember twisting the cap, squeezing the bottle and laughing when it went everywhere, and that chaos was the point.

C. 3D Doritos

Puffed up, crunchy and shaped like little pillows, 3D Doritos felt like the future of chips. They were also gone for a long stretch, so plenty of people already learned to live without them. Is it the chip you miss, or the commercials?

Keep it if: That extra crunch and the puffed shape still beat any chip on the shelf today, and you'd buy them every week.

D. Dunkaroos

Cookies plus a tub of frosting for dipping is hard to say no to, and the kangaroo mascot made it a playground legend. The case against it: it was basically dessert pretending to be a snack. If you want to cut the sugar rush, this is the one.

Keep it if: Dipping cookies in frosting was the best part of the whole lunchbox and you'd trade anything to keep it.

Our take

We'd cut Squeeze-It. It was fun to hold and fun to squeeze, but the drink itself was the least memorable thing on this card, and plenty of people only remember the mess. Dunkaroos and 3D Doritos are the snacks people still talk about bringing back, and Pizza Lunchables is the one you can still find today. Expect the liveliest debate between Dunkaroos fans and the 3D Doritos crowd.

90s Snacks: quick answers

What were the most popular 90s snacks?

Lunchables, Dunkaroos, Gushers, Fruit by the Foot, Squeeze-It drinks, 3D Doritos and Bagel Bites were lunchbox regulars for a lot of 90s kids. Many of them were built around a gimmick, like assembling your own pizza or dipping cookies in frosting, which is a big part of why people remember them so well.

Are Dunkaroos and 3D Doritos still around?

Both disappeared from many store shelves for years and have made comebacks since, so availability depends on where you live and when you look. Squeeze-It drinks have been much harder to find. If you want a quick nostalgia debate, ask your group which snack they would bring back first.
